HEADACHE
I didn't know the days after getting the A levels can be such a headache. If you have been wondering what I'm doing for these past few days then that's really a good question. For I have been pondering about my uni application for like a zillion times and it's running through my mind every now and then. Maybe if April 1 comes fast enough, I can finally have a peace of mind.
Stressed stressed stressed. I think that's the reason why I got my immense headache the day before. It's like migraine. OMG. Oh was it ytd? No, it was the day before the day before. This can get quite confusing ya? I'm waiting for my Thailand trip to come. But just as much as I'm looking forward to it, I'm dreading it. As it means his book-in date is approaching. -.-
UNI APPLICATION is such a pain. I wonder if medicine should still remain my top choice. There's a test to pass and a selection interview to go for. What a hassle. Or maybe, I wouldn't even be shortlisted. LOL. Let's see how it goes.
The whole point about proper upbringing.
All the months of working and post A levels activities helped me to understand the whole point about proper upbringing. One may not be rich, may not be smart but what one needs most is a decent level of courteousy. This is important in one's everyday routine like meeting people you know of (even if it's for your first freaking time) and picking up phone calls. This is exactly what I do everyday and I vow never to break that. :) As only with that do you gain the amount of respect you are entitled to. Therefore, if you are not someone like the abovementioned, don't expect too much out of your interactions with others. If you agree with me, you can tell me so.
What with meeting kids ranging from Pri to Sec. Some are really your nice, cute, angelic characters while some really play this devilish roles. When they are overly excited or when they know you too well, they will take advantage of you and 'impart' to me some real vulgarities. ZZZ. There are certainly many other better things out there to be learnt. However, I', glad that the devils are still the rare ones to be found.
Oh and if you are looking out for a movie to watch over the weekend or just some recreation activity to pass the freaking time away, try Marley and me. It will be a good choice I guess. But somehow, I believe reading the book may be better. If you have the book stashed at a corner of your book shelf, it's time to take it out and lend it to andrea chew. LOL. (I will wait till you finished reading if you haven't already done so)
I saw the movie poster thing for sokme japanese show with the person who act as L in it and I realised he's not exactly that fabulously good-looking as what I thought he should be. You all should go have a look at it. My whole image of him is just a little ruined. And so, a person's first impression does count. Anyway, the whole new meaning to L, who 'changed the world', who provided me with material for my blog today, who enlightened me. DING DING DING. THANKS.
Lesson learnt: Always be courteous, never be over-friendly. :)
Cornflakes and I
I'm back to blogging. Let's see, i wonder who miss reading my updated blog posts. Oh well, these few days I have been busy with work and going out with dar. (yes, i guess most have already known about it) And we built a carousel together. :)
Well, work today is quite tiring because I taught a sec 3 emaths class. OH MY, my second class. Now I finally know what teachers hate most. A quiet class and noone answers you. It's as if you are talking to noone at all. Teaching them circles is crazy cause I find myself repeating PYTHAGORAS THEOREM for so many numerous times. I have to take them next week too. And marking worksheets is er...fun? I'm trying it soon. Coming sunday, I will teach a P1 class. OK... i think they will be extremely noisy. I will be back to comment on it. LOL
I just gobbled down my bowl of cornflakes with milk. So extremely yummy. It's like reviving my childhood. :) SO, I love cornflakes now. As a result, dar wants to be cornflakes. OK, yu mi hua is it? He's a flower.
The alphabet question:
How many letters are there in the alphabets?
25.
Cause 'U' and 'I' are one.
(And so only he knows where it came from)
